GT Pressura – a grotesque type face released by the swiss type foundry grillitype – is inspired by type being stamped on shipping boxes and simulates the spreading ink under pressure. Like other grotesque sans serifs it has rather oval than roundish circular shapes and a fairly large x-height. It has a minimal contrast in stroke weight and like most grotesque sans serifs the axis of the glyphs is straight. The font is quite condensed and has a rather soft impression because of all the rounded corners and connections. The font comes in six different weights; light, light italic, regular, regular italic, bold and bold italic. It was released in 2012.
